Course Objective : Participants will be exposed to the knowledge and practice in utilisation of modern training methodology and modern learning aids.
Course Content : Psychology of learning, Factors influence learning, Techniques of teaching, Training methods and their application, Learning Objectives, Motivation and Communication in training, Role of AV aids in training, comparison and application of new methods of training, Transfer of Skill, Preparation of lesson and demonstration plans, Preparation of transparencies, selection and use of various AV aids, Use of computer in Training and learning system, Micro-teaching technique, Quality in Training.
